We will do our very best to make sure your booking is perfect, enjoyable, magical and a HAPPY ONE !
I'm sorry but the 50% deposit is NON refundable, if the booking is cancel the client must pay the balance in FULL. ( We will keep your payment as credit for your next event. )The artist station must be set on a clean area away from DJ speakers, trash cans , hazards and under a SHADE that will protect from weather conditions. If the designated area is not appropriated the artist can NOT perform service and the client must pay the balance in FULL. The client agree to provide a SAVE, clean and appropriate atmosphere . We can NOT work under RAIN, or severe weather condition. Parents are responsible for controlling their children , a party is NOT a place where a face paint artist can stop working to EDUCATE kids, if the child don't know how to follow instructions from an adult, I'm sorry but the kid must move on to give place to the next child in line. Please CLEAN the children's face before send them to the line to have face painting, for SANITARY REASONS a child with a dirty face , sick, with skin problems or with open wounds can NOT have face painting applied.
Our service is good for UP TO 20 children per hour. ( 20 kids per hour is the MAXIMUM CAPACITY )
If your party needs any special request or if the venue you are having a party requires liability insurance or more than usual clerical work in our end, please let us know in advance, there's extra cost to add or change any of our routines.
I'm in business since 2000 please follow the protocol advised on this website so we can have ONE MORE SUCCESSFUL and happy event. In order to book with us we must receive the deposit and the following information ,you name, day , month and year of your event, time you want us to start, the address of the party, two phone numbers for contact and number of children attending the event.
The balance must be paid in CASH please.
